provider of professional services. The company was founded in 1993 by
Robert Fox, a former partner at Booz, Allen and Hamilton and one
of the pioneers of Theory of Constraints. After 12 years of groundbreaking
work with Eli Goldratt, Bob launched The TOC Center to focus his energies
on implementing the TOC body of knowledge. With operations on three
continents and on-going global expansion, The TOC Center has proven itself
as a global source of innovative solutions to the business community.
